Tara Frazier joined Fountain View of Coopersville in March 2022 as the Staffing Director. She accepted the Administrator position in January 2023. Before coming to Fountain View of Coopersville, Tara spent 8 years as a Program Manager and 4 years as a Program Administrator for adults and youth with a range of disabilities. Tara obtained her cosmetology license at Kirtland Community College and is now working towards completing her Master's degree in business. Tara has started Level One of Administrator training from Senior Living University. Tara's years of experience working in Human Services has allowed her to have a great understanding when it comes to the needs of the residents and family members. Tara, along with the staff at Fountain View of Coopersville, is passionate about the care given to residents at the community. Tara was born and raised in Grayling, MI and later moved to the Grand Rapids area in 2006. She has three sons who are very active in sports, especially basketball. Tara enjoys traveling with her husband, Franklin and her boys, being outdoors, and she plans to live in Florida when her children graduate.
